First OPEN DAY of Kinsale RNLI Station.

SATURDAY, 05-Sep-2009:   After countless years of fundraising and effort by so many, Kinsale RNLI's new station is about to open!

We want to invite you you to come and visit us and see the station and meet the crew for yourself!  It is a day for all the family, so please do bring the children - they may well be the crews of the future...

There will be a chance to see the lifeboat and, of course, you will be proudly shown around the station. You will see how the lifeboat is launched by davit (crane), see the training rooms and get an insight into how your lifeboat station is run.

So, please do come down to meet us. From 1200hrs to 1730hrs you will have access to the station. And if you can't - well hopefully we will see you next year at our next Annual Open Day and in the meantime, Stay Safe.
